Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Developer

Eclat Integrated Software Solutions, Inc. in Stafford, Texas is seeking Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Developers. Individuals will utilize advanced theoretical knowledge of subject matter principles and concepts, to perform the following duties:

  • Design, develop, implement, test, maintain and support the Enterprise Web application in Oracle Policy Modelling tool.
  • Collaborate with OPA developers on multi-developer project using Centralized hub management.
  • Develop project data model by establishing the entities, their attributes, and their relationships.
  • Provide the developed data structure to the Java developers to be converted into Java package that is required to interact with OPA technologies.
  • Implement Inclusions functionality in OPA for maintaining policies that ultimately applied together to make a decision.
  • Create dependency map to better understand the dependencies between the requirements.
  • Communicate with the Business Analysts for better categorization, prioritization of requirements and identify with requirements are the most critical, and with are Low Priority.
  • Analyze the impact of change; carry out an Impact Analysis to make sure that there will not be any consequences for existing rules and processes.
  • Resolve conflicting issues and work with key stakeholders and resolve and conflicting requirements issues.
  • Assess the needs and capacity of current OPA schema and analyze the support ticket submitted by triage team and work with SQL developers to correct the benefits for the client.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree in Computer and/or Information Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any field), or any related field of study, plus at least six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in any related positions.

Also qualified applicants must also have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency working with the following:

1. Oracle Policy Modeling

2. XML

3. Log4J

4. Oracle

5. SQL Server

50% Domestic Travel, No Telecommuting.

 

Job duties are project based and performed at various unanticipated worksites in the U.S. that may require relocation at the end of each long-term project.
