AmeriCorps, a Federal agency, brings people together to tackle the country’s most pressing challenges through national service and volunteering. While offering individuals flexible ways to make local impact, AmeriCorps must manage multiple grant activities and thousands of participating members.

Approaching Éclat to modernize their grants and member management portals, we used Salesforce to create a flexible and dynamic service portal. With Éclat’s knowledge of service cloud, customer experience, and advanced security protocols we created a feature-heavy, sleek Salesforce platform with reporting features, dashboards, and document management which is deployed and in use today.
